* Registered Regular Post within Australia with a tracking online, signature on delivery & insurance - $13.50 per order. Expected delivery times to NSW, ACT - 2 business days; to VIC, SA, QLD - 4 business days: to TAS, WA, NT - 5 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested. Orders with engraving service are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 12.00 noon of Sydney, Australia time unless specific date is requested.
* Express Post within Australia with tracking online - $22.00 per order. If orders placed before 3.00pm Sydney time of current business day, Monday to Friday - Guaranteed Next Business Day delivery to central areas of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & outside Express Post network - fastest possible delivery to WA, NT & provincial centres of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS. Orders with engraving service are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 12.00 noon of Sydney, Australia time unless specific date is requested. Attention: An additional fee will be applied/charged to larger orders with Express Post Platinum delivery method. The customer will be contacted in that case to get confirmation.

* Registered Post International to New Zealand with insurance and signature on delivery - $28.00 per order. Delivery time is 4-10 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested.
If you require delivery in later dates, please inform us by putting the date in the message box provided shipping and payment page. All gifts/orders would be delivered between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. We can not guarantee the exact time of a day for delivery.

Gifts & Wishes now deliver to PO Boxes
! This new service is great if you are sending a gift to a home and do not want to give authority for the courier to leave it at the front door, in the event that they are not home. The courier will take it to the nearest post office instead! This is a fantastic service.
We believe we have employed excellent delivery partners who will endeavor to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. However, there may be times when despite our best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. To help to avoid gifts arriving after a specific date, we ask you to complete the "preferred delivery date" in the order form.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.

|What does "Next Business Day " mean ? |
Next Business Day means shipped today Thursday, arrives Friday between 8am - 5pm. Except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Example, if you placed an order on Monday before 3pm, then it will arrive between 8am-5pm on Tuesday. Or if you placed an order after 3pm on Monday, then next business day delivery will be between 8am-5pm on Wednesday.
|How long is one business day and what does it mean? |
I was wondering because when i order shipments, they always say, 1 or 2 "business day".
Answer: You'll get it between 1 and 2 days, not counting any weekends. So if you order on a Friday, you won't get it until Monday or Tuesday.
|What does 3-5 working days mean? |
Question: hey, i ordered some gift on Monday which had been posted on Tuesday and the website said it would take 3-5 working days to get to my house. i was just wondering as it is now Friday and it has not been received if it will arrive on Saturday or Monday?
Answer: Means it will take from 3 to 5 working days to arrive, do not count Saturdays, Sundays nor Bankholidays, so if it was dispatched on Tuesday it should come Friday, Monday or Tuesday.
|What are Gifts & Wishes Refund Policy? |
Our aim at e-giftsandwishes.com is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we can organise an exchange or refund for you, so long as the products are returned to us in its originally, undamaged packaging.

|How to place an order with multiple gifts going to the same address? |
It is easy to send gifts to different people who live at the same address. Please add the items to your shopping cart that you would like to send. Choose the gift wrapping style from our gift wrapping department
. Then simply type the name of gift wrapping style and the item to be wrapped in that style in the box provided at the bottom of the check out page where you need to select the payment and delivery methods. (e.g Japanese Blossoms - Cat Figurine; Black Stripes - Bolts & Nuts Bike).
|How can I track my deliver? |
Once your gift is sent you will receive an additional email with the link to Australia Post tracking delivery website, tracking number, estimated date of delivery, and 10% discount code for your future orders. Also you can check the status of your order and find the delivery tracking number for Australia Post Tracking website (http://auspost.com.au/track/) when you log into your account at e-giftsandwishes.com. Once your order is posted the status will show “order competed” and there will be a delivery tracking number on your order. All orders are usually dispatched on the same day if they placed before 3.00pm, Monday-Friday. If you requested a certain delivery date, your gift will be sent close to that date (we check the transit time from us to the recipient‘s address with the Australia Post Postage Calculator) so your gift arrive on the requested date. PLEASE NOTE, no orders are posted on Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays as courier services do not work.
