We offer following methods of delivery:
* Regular Post within Australia (tracking online) - $10.00 per order.
Expected delivery times to NSW, ACT - 2 business days; to VIC, SA, QLD - 4 business days: to TAS, WA, NT - 5 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested. Orders with engraving service are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 12.00 noon of Sydney, Australia time unless specific date is requested.
* Registered Regular Post within Australia with a tracking online, signature on delivery & insurance - $13.50 per order. Expected delivery times to NSW, ACT - 2 business days; to VIC, SA, QLD - 4 business days: to TAS, WA, NT - 5 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested. Orders with engraving service are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 12.00 noon of Sydney, Australia time unless specific date is requested.
* Express Post within Australia with tracking online - $22.00 per order. If orders placed before 3.00pm Sydney time of current business day, Monday to Friday - Guaranteed Next Business Day delivery to central areas of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & outside Express Post network - fastest possible delivery to WA, NT & provincial centres of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS. Orders with engraving service are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 12.00 noon of Sydney, Australia time unless specific date is requested. Attention: An additional fee will be applied/charged to larger orders with Express Post Platinum delivery method. The customer will be contacted in that case to get confirmation.
There could be delivery delay to some areas in WA & NT (depends on the distance from the main cities).
* Registered Post International to New Zealand with insurance and signature on delivery - $28.00 per order. Delivery time is 4-10 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested.
If you require delivery in later dates, please inform us by putting the date in the message box provided shipping and payment page.
* Other Special Delivery Requests
You will be able to enter special delivery instructions for the courier during checkout. Please note the following:

- We only deliver during business hours and cannot provide delivery at a certain time of the day.

Gifts & Wishes now deliver to PO Boxes! This new service is great if you are sending a gift to a home and do not want to give authority for the courier to leave it at the front door, in the event that they are not home. The courier will take it to the nearest post office instead! This is a fantastic service.
We believe we have employed excellent delivery partners who will endeavor to provide you with the best attention to care and seedinest of service. However, there may be times when despite our best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. To help to avoid gifts arriving after a specific date, we ask you to complete the "preferred delivery date" in the order form.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.
